Fully Automatic Coil Nail Packaging Line — From Carton Forming to Robotic Palletizing
The Uniwin fully automatic coil nail packaging line consists of a carton opener, coil nail packing machine, carton sealing machine, and robotic palletizer. Designed to connect directly with our coil nail making machine, it achieves a fully automated process from finished coil nail output to final palletized stacking, significantly reducing labor costs and improving packaging efficiency.
Carton Forming Section — Automatic Carton Erector
The automatic carton erector completes carton suction, forming, bottom folding, and delivery to the coil nail packing station, serving as the first step of the coil nail packaging line. It features a vertical high-speed forming structure with a speed of up to 12 cartons/min, and a Siemens PLC system for precise and stable operation. A safety door is added to the tape-replacement area for safer and easier tape changes, while tape-break and no-tape alarms ensure continuous production. The machine supports various carton sizes used in coil nail packaging and synchronizes with the packing and sealing machine.

Coil Nail Loading Section — Automatic Coil Nail Packing Machine
The coil nail packing machine connects directly to Uniwin coil nail production lines and uses a vision inspection system to remove defective coils, such as oversized diameter, missing rubber bands, or abnormal weight. Coil nails are loaded into the carton by an electromagnetic lifting system, with optional multi-layer stacking and automatic separator insertion to fit different packing layouts. The machine can also be linked to a carton sealer to achieve fully automated coil nail packaging.

Final Stacking Section — Robotic Palletizer
The robotic palletizer is a collaborative, no-programming system with a compact footprint and strong load capacity, compatible with various carton and pallet sizes. It features a lightweight magnesium-aluminum structure and silicone vacuum cups for stable handling. With 360° dynamic radar protection, drop and press detection, and CE-certified safety, it integrates seamlessly with the coil nail packaging line to achieve fully automated carton picking and pallet stacking.
