Many of the customers we contacted want to use a magnetic conveyor with nail demagnetization, so we made technical improvements and added a demagnetization function based on the first generation of magnetic conveyors.

The new generation magnetic conveyor can stably and continuously convey the nails processed by the thread-rolling machine to the vibrating plate of the coil nail-making machine to complete the coil nail production. Its unique demagnetization function effectively prevents the nails from being magnetized during feeding, avoiding nails clump or stick to each other.
Our magnetic conveyor with nail demagnetization can not only feed nails, but also some small metal objects, such as bolts, metal washers, springs, steel needles, etc.
